- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I believe there are people in this company stealing packages. We have had several packages claimed to be delivered, only to not be. The workers put in that they were delivered and then claim to not even know about the package, putting the blame somewhere else. We have tracking systems for a reason. Very bad service! I only put 1 star because they did answer the phone when I called to complain and look for the package. I believe the problem is those actually delivering the mail. The front desk people seem to be helpful. However, if they continue to employ these dishonest workers, they should be blamed as well. We have only had problems with this the last 2 years after having lived here 8 years.By Andy Gold, September 15, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This postoffice is HORRIBLE! We pay 100.00 a year for a post office box, we get mail for every post office box you can think of. They pay little of any attention to details. I speak to them and their rebuttal is, "they send the mail presorted so we just put it in the box".
